He has 8 years of experience in field of reconstructive surgery. He has a combined experience of working as a consultant in leading corporate and medical college hospitals. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in microsurgical procedures like anterolateral thigh flap, radial forearm flap, osteocutaneous free fibula flap for head and neck cancer defect reconstruction is his area of interest. Alongside free flaps , he also has wide experience in doing pedicled / regional flaps for head and neck cancer patients.

She is well versed with advanced radiotherapy techniques like IMRT ( intensity modulated radiotherapy technique), IGRT (image guided radiotherapy), RapidArc used in adjuvant and radical setting for the management of head and neck cancers. She has total 8 years of experience in the field of radiotherapy .

Dr. Prajakta Nalat is an experienced Audiologist and Speech Langauge Therapist. She has done Masters in the field from B.Y.L Nair Hospital Mumbai. She has been working in the field of rehabilitation for 12 years. She is well acquainted with the various therapeutic procedure designed for persons with Speech and Langauge Disorders including Oral, Nasal and Throat cancers.
She has also been an Assistant Professor in B.V.D.U School of Audiology and Speech Langauge Pathology ( Pune ) from 2009 to 2017.
